The Process

1. Appointment
First, we need to book an appointment. You can call or text 613-661-7436, email mike@quinteplumbing.ca, or fill out the appointment form.
Fastest contact method is a call or text. -
2. Diagnosis
Plumbing issues cannot be diagnosed over the phone. Mike will come by and either diagnose or do some plumbing.
If no plumbing work is performed during the visit, we have a $49 dispatch fee.

3. Plumbing
After determining what needs to be done, the installation / maintenance / repairs are completed, often on the same trip.
We invoice online, and accept cash, debit, e-transfer, and all major credit cards.

Our Plumber
Mike has been working in the plumbing trade for over 20 years and is fully licensed and insured. During his career, Mike has worked in service and done construction work in residential, commercial, and industrial locations. He is a licensed plumbing inspector, is certified in cross connection control, and is a certified water treatment specialist with Watergroup. His workmanship will speak for itself and give you the peace of mind that your plumbing will work like it is supposed to when he’s done.
When you call a plumber, the process can feel stressful. Mike will make sure you know what he finds, his solution to the problem, and work with you until you are satisfied that the problem is solved.
